A century of club life
Established in 1922, Ruatoria City Sports Club is based on Tuparoa Road in Ruatoria. It carries a century of local rugby into each new generation.
A final that brought people together
Ruatoria City reached the 2024 East Coast club final, finishing runner-up to Waiapu. The club’s previous championship win was in 1982. Its 2024 campaign renewed community pride and enthusiasm for Coast rugby.

From catering to club content, volunteers keep Ruatoria City moving. Their contribution is central to the club’s identity and the welcome it extends to its community.
